Rentible charges a nominal 2.5% commission on both the raised stablecoin and the project tokens from the Fundraising smart contract. Significantly, Rentible pledges to allocate 50% of these commissions to the RNB Single Staking Fund (to be established once Fundraising campaigns are running live).

This tokenomics mechanic ensures that every successful fundraising event (or monthly rent payment from tenants) on Rentible's platform translates into rewards for RNB stakers. Thus, fostering a mutually beneficial ecosystem where investors are rewarded for their participation and support in the Rentible community.

Upon the RNB Single Staking Fund, Rentible is charging service fees after each new security deposit registered to the smart contract. The service fee is charged in RNB by default, but for higher fees, users will be able to choose more conservative crypto assets or even credit card payment. At any occasion when users choose to not pay the service fees in RNB, Rentible’s handling team will purchase the same amount of RNB from the market.
