Become a Real Estate Tycoon By Staking RNB

Rentible applies a small 2.5% commission on both the stablecoins raised and the project tokens issued from each successful fundraising campaign. What’s unique is that Rentible pledges to use 50% of these commissions to fund the RNB Single Staking Fund, which will be set up once the fundraising campaigns are live.

Rewards for RNB Stakers

This setup ensures that every successful fundraising campaign or rent payment on Rentible’s platform brings rewards for RNB token stakers. By sharing a portion of the platform’s earnings, Rentible creates a win-win environment where community members are rewarded for their support and participation.

Service Fees and RNB Buyback

Rentible also charges a service fee each time a new security deposit is registered on the smart contract. By default, the fee is paid in RNB tokens. However, in the future users will have the option to pay with other crypto assets or even a credit card for higher fees. If users choose not to pay in RNB, Rentible’s smart contract will buy the equivalent amount of RNB from the market, ensuring continuous demand and support for the token.
